Ballard Food Bank
Ballard Food Bank Outdoor Lights

The Ballard Food Bank needed to relocate in August of 2010. Milsteadt Electric worked with other contractor’s to ensure that we had the proper systems to run our cooling systems, low voltage items and general lighting. Rich volunteered over $20,000 worth of his own labor. He pulled wire, directed other electricians and put up with his wife, the Executive Director, changing her mind. We were able to move into our new facility and use our resources to put food on the shelves because of the time that Rich gave to get the job done.”

Populuxe Brewery 2“Milsteadt Electric helped us convert an old garage with limited electrical capacity to a functioning commercial brewery. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and guided us in the best configuration for our space. They provided prompt, professional, and affordable service. Couldn’t have done it without them!”

Earthwise Architectural Salvage, Inc.

Earthwise WarehouseAfter being displaced by the Monorail fiasco, I contacted Rich to energize our new warehouse location from top to bottom. Being on a tight time frame to get the doors back open we were frantic to set up the store ASAP. While those around him were losing their minds, Rich was fast, focused, and detailed oriented, solving problems that we didn’t see. We opened on time and on budget. Rich is one cool cucumber, kind of looks like one too.”
